Combustion processes in porous media have been used by the petroleum engineering industry to extract heavy oil from reservoirs. This study focuses on a one-dimensional nonlinear hybrid system consisting of n reaction–diffusion–convection equations coupled with n ordinary differential equations, which models a combustion front moving through a porous medium with n parallel layers. The state variables are the temperature and fuel concentration in each layer. Coupling occurs in both the reaction function and differential operator coefficients. We prove the existence of a classical solution, first locally and then globally over time, to an initial and boundary value problem for the corresponding system. The proof uses a new approach for combustion problems in porous media. The local solution is obtained by defining an operator in a set of Hölder continuous functions and using Schauder’s fixed-point theorem to find a fixed point as the desired solution. Using Zorn’s lemma, we extend the local solution to a global solution, proving that the first-order spatial derivative of the temperature in each layer is a bounded function.  相似文献

The three binary Tb/Er‐rich transition metal compounds Tb3Pd2 (triterbium dipalladium), Er3Pd2 (trierbium dipalladium) and Er6Co5–x (hexaerbium pentacobalt) crystallize in the space groups Pbam (Pearson symbol oP20), P4/mbm (tP10) and P63/m (hP22), respectively. Single crystals of Tb3Pd2 and Er6Co5–x suitable for X‐ray structure analysis were obtained using rare‐earth halides as a flux. Tb3Pd2 adopts its own structure type, which can be described as a superstructural derivative of the U3Si2 type, which is the type adopted by Er3Pd2. Compound Er6Co5–x belongs to the Ce6Co2–xSi3 family. All three compounds feature fused tricapped {TR6} (R = rare‐earth metal and T = transition metal) trigonal prismatic heterometallic clusters. R3Pd2 is reported to crystallize in the U3Si2 type; however, our more detailed structure analysis reveals that deviations occur with heavier R elements. Similarly, Er6Co5–x was assumed to be stoichiometric Er4Co3 = Er6Co4.5. Our studies reveal that it has a single defective transition‐metal site leading to the composition Er6Co4.72(2). LMTO (linear muffin‐tin orbital)‐based electronic structure calculations suggest the strong domination of heteroatomic bonding in all three structures.  相似文献

以有序介孔碳(OMC)球为离子-电子转换层,制备了固态氯离子选择性电极,构建了基于离子敏感的场效应晶体管(ISFET)的手持式传感系统,用于检测人体血清中的氯离子。优化了OMC前驱体的碳化温度,探究了OMC形貌结构对电极传感性能的影响;电极柔性化制备后考察了其在手持系统中对氯离子的检测效果。结果表明,最优条件下,电极在5.12×10^-4~1.02 mol/L的浓度范围呈现线性响应,响应斜率为60 mV/decade。该柔性电极在手持传感系统中展现出高灵敏度和重现性,可用于人体血清样品中氯离子的检测,其回收率为96.3%~104.9%。  相似文献

The magnetohydrodynamics system consists of the Navier-Stokes equations from fluid mechanics, coupled with the Maxwell’s equations from electromagnetism through multiples of non-linear terms involving derivatives.
